Most of my silk art is inspired by AUSTRALIAN designs, some are my own original design. With my ceramics, in most cases I have poured, cleaned, fired, decorated and glazed each piece myself. Celestial Cobbler Silk Unfortunately the camera can't pick up the luminescence of these hand painted silk pieces. Each one is an original work of art. The subtleties of colour and pattern couldn't be exactly replicated even if I tried. The sponteniety of silk painting is what I like about it. I'm never exactly sure what I'm going to get. I offer a variety of designs and range of colours. Only a few samples are shown here.

	The Letter: A Blue Mage sits in his crystal throne and considers a parchement letter...or is it a spell? This ceramic piece has been decorate with a mixture of glazes and stains. There are thin patches of black glaze on the back of the crystals on this piece. It measures approx 29cm h x 25cm w x 13cm depth. $70 including registered postage within Australia.

	Standing donkey. This cute donkey measures approximately 12 cm high, by 12 cm long by 6 cm wide. It can be painted in stains, as shown in this example, or completed as a glazed piece (which would have a glassy veneer.) The colour shown here is just an example. Let me know what your preferred colours are - or send me a photo of your own donkey and I'll try to replicate the colour scheme! Cost $24 including postage within Australia. You can also buy this piece unpainted and decorate it yourself.
	Resting donkey. This is a donkey who knows how to take the weight off his feet! He measures approx 15 cm in height, is 21 cm long and 8 cm wide. This sample is painted in stains, but this donkey can also be presented as a glazed piece (which would have a glassy veneer.) This donkey can also be painted to your preferred colours, or send me a photo of your own donkey to work from if you want. Cost $28 including postage within Australia. You can also buy this piece unpainted and decorate it yourself.
	Holly Leaf Sleigh. This Holly leaf bowl with its intricate runners makes a great centrepiece for your Christmas or solstice table. It looks great filled with chocolates, nuts, or whatever you want. Approx dimensions: L 28cm x h 10 cm x w 14cm. Cost - $55 including postage.
	Rocket Plate: Officially this is a sandwich plate, but you can use it for dips & chips, biscuits, cake, pretzels, anything you want. Approx measurements: L 27 cm x w 14cm x h 2 cm. The sandwich plate can also be decorated with whales, dolphins, donkeys, leafs, bats, stars, planets, you name it... Cost - $28 including postage.
	Clydesdale carousel horse measures approx 10 cm high x 11 cm long. Horse and/or harness can be painted in the colours of your choice. Available as a hanging ornament, as shown in photo, or mounted on a ceramic stand for $20 including postage in Australia.
	Indian pony: This Indian carousel horse, with a war shield, bearskin saddle, and feathers streaming off the horse's harness, mane and tail measures approx 14 cm long x 11 cm tall. Can be painted in your choice of colours. Available as a hanging ornament, or as a free-standing ornament. $26 including postage in Australia.
	Modern horse head bust that captures the free spirit of the animal. Measures approx 20 cm long x 14 cm x 8cm. Available in grey as shown, or in a variety of other colours including pinto, palomino, bay, black or brown. $50 including postage within Australia.
	Ceramic baby booties. Celebrate the arrival of a new loved one with a personalised memento. The baby's name and date of birth (if desired) can be inscribed on these booties which measure approx 4 cm x 2 cm. Available in blue antique (as shown), pink antique, yellow pale green antique, or white. $20 including postage within Australia.
	Celebrate the birth of a new baby, or the launch of a new book, or a special birthday, or anniversary with a hand-painted plate decorated with dragons, unicorns or pegasus (or a design of your choice if it's simple.) The plate shown is approx 20cm diametre, and costs $45 (including postage in Australia.) Other styles and sizes available.
	Bats & Moon lasagne dish. Approx size 30cm x 25 cm. This is a food safe, functional piece, suitable for use in ovens, microwaves and dishwashers. Cost $60 (including postage in Australia). 	Small Sill-sitter Dragon. Approximate size 16cm (length) x 8 cm (height) x 6 cm (width.) Featuring realistic eyes, this dragon is available in green, purple and gold hues, or your favourite colours. $20 including postage in Australia. 	Beddy-bye Dragon. Approximate size 18cm (h) x 12 cm (l) x 12cm (w). This young, thumb-sucking, nappy wearing dragon clutches his Teddy bear and is ready for bed. 	Astronaut lamp. The head of this astronaut is a light bulb. Approximate size 24 cm (h) x 16cm (l) x 12 cm (w). 	Nick. Teddy Bear dressed as Santa, carrying a Christmas tree. Approximate size: 19 cm (h) x 12 cm (l) x 12 cm (w). $35 (including postage within Australia).
	Christmas Tree lamp. A light globe in the centre of the tree gives the stunning impression that all the lights on the tree are lit. Approximate height 40 cm x 30 cm width. Comes decorated with lights, garland and star for the top of the tree. $195 (including postage within Australia).
